Management of Helen's CVC portfolio will be transferred to Redstone Nordics starting from June 1, 2025
Helen has signed a service agreement, through which the management of CVC portfolio companies will be transferred to Redstone Nordics starting from June 1, 2025. As part of this change, the Helen Ventures team will join Redstone's expert organization.
Helen Oy has signed a service agreement, through which the management of CVC portfolio companies will be transferred to Redstone Nordics starting from June 1, 2025.

Helen Ventures has invested during it´s time in 17 European startups in the energy, e-mobility, circular economy, decarbonisation and digital solutions sectors.
As part of this change, the Helen Ventures team will join Redstone's expert organization.
